RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Before proceeding to return/Exhange, please understand the products purchased by you meets the high-quality standard and goes through a rigorous process of quality check by our team of experts.

Bansuri.pk help their customer with Easy return policy and the customer can request for return/exchange within 1 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, item must be

Within 1 days of receipt of your shipment

• In original condition
• Unwashed & Unworn
• In the original packaging

Received package should contain all original tags and invoice

Product must be packed in a proper way so that it should not get damaged during transit

Once the order is received back, it will go under quality check, basis same refund will be processed.

• If received product doesn’t meet eligibility criteria of return during quality check then same product will be returned back to customer and no refund / exchange will be processed.
• Refunds or Exchange will be processed basis on customer request.
• Exchange or Return is allowed only once per order.

This Exchange/Return Process Takes 7-8 Working Days So Your Patience are Highly Appreciated
